The Right Towson Party Bus Rental, Found
Partybusinbaltimore.com is not a bus company — and that is genuinely great news for you. It is a quote-comparison website that connects people planning group trips in Towson and across the Baltimore metro to a network of independently owned transportation companies all competing for your business. Instead of spending an afternoon calling company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that may or may not come — you fill out one form or call 240-850-4236, and you instantly see different vehicles, different packages, and different price ranges side by side.
No single fleet limits your choices. Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a Towson birthday crawl, a 56-passenger charter bus for a convention group heading downtown to the Baltimore Convention Center, or a Sprinter van for an executive airport run to BWI — the options are right there in front of you. Partybusinbaltimore.com exists to make that comparison fast, free, and pressure-free, any time of day.

Common Towson Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every Towson group trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus heading to a bachelorette night on the Avenue in Hampden typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. A minibus headed to Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a cleaner fit — reclining seats, climate control, and enough overhead storage for a group of coworkers who just left the office.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot on longer hauls from Towson down to National Harbor or out to Washington, D.C. Amenities vary by vehicle and company, but comparing them side by side through the quote form takes the guesswork out entirely.

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Towson Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Party bus prices in Towson generally run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$425 per hour on weekends, depending on the vehicle size and the date. A 15-passenger party bus typically falls in the $200–$350/hour range on a weekday, while a 40-passenger party bus on a Saturday night can run $325–$500/hour. Full-size charter buses are often more efficient for large groups — rates start around $200/hour — and minibuses generally run $200–$275/hour on weekends.
Per-day packages are also available across the board. Those are planning ranges to give you a real starting point; the actual price moves with the date, group size, vehicle, and hours needed. For pricing specific to YOUR trip, call 240-850-4236 or use the online form — a quote takes about a minute.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Towson
Booking group transportation in Towson used to mean calling a handful of companies during business hours, hoping someone picked up, and then trying to compare quotes that never arrived in the same format. Partybusinbaltimore.com replaces all of that. One form. One call.
Multiple options from independently owned companies serving the Baltimore metro — all competing for your trip. You are never locked into a single fleet, which means you actually get options that fit your group size, your budget, and the specific venues on your itinerary.
The quote form is available any time, any day, with no account needed and zero obligation. The phone line at 240-850-4236 is there if you would rather talk through the details — group size, pickup location, how many stops, whether you need an onboard restroom for a longer haul. Either way, pricing for your specific Towson trip is about a minute away.
And because the site covers everything from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a birthday dinner to a full fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at Towson University, the right vehicle is almost certainly in the network. That is the whole point. Find what you need, fast, without the runaround.

Towson Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) sits about 20 miles south of Towson via I-695 and I-95 — a straightforward route on paper, but a genuinely unpredictable one on a weekday morning when the Beltway backs up between I-83 and I-95. If your group is flying out together, coordinating a fleet of cars to the same terminal at the same time is the kind of logistical headache that starts stress-eating your morning two hours before departure. A single Sprinter van or minibus takes everyone from one Towson pickup point directly to the BWI departures curb, luggage and all.
For arriving groups, the process works the same way — gather everyone at baggage claim first, then call for the vehicle once the full group is together. BWI's ground transportation pickup is on the lower level at the designated commercial vehicle lanes outside each terminal's baggage claim exit. Confirm the exact terminal and door before your pickup date.
A Towson airport shuttle bus rental makes the whole sequence simple. Call 240-850-4236 to set it up.

Towson Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A bachelorette party that starts in Towson and works its way into Baltimore has a lot of great options — and a lot of one-way streets, valet-only parking situations, and 2 a.m. rideshare surges waiting to derail them. The Avenue in Hampden (36th Street) is about 10 miles from Towson and one of the most popular night-out corridors in Baltimore, with dive bars, cocktail bars, and late-night spots packed within a few walkable blocks. Fells Point — Broadway, Thames Street, and the surrounding streets — is where most Baltimore bachelorette nights eventually land, with Federal Hill and Power Plant Live rounding out the usual itinerary.
None of those neighborhoods make parking easy on a Friday night. A Towson bachelorette party bus rental in the 20–30 passenger range handles every stop on the list, keeps the whole group together between venues, and means no one is stuck waiting in a rideshare surge at midnight. Call 240-850-4236 to check availability for your date.

Towson Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances a Sweet 16 or quinceañera celebration can make — and Towson has no shortage of reception venues that deserve the buildup. Whether the celebration is heading to a venue in Timonium, a banquet hall in White Marsh, or a restaurant in downtown Baltimore, Partybusinbaltimore.com helps you find a Baltimore birthday party bus rental that fits the headcount and the vibe. Party buses in the 20–40 passenger range come with color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the kind of setup that makes the ride itself part of the party.
For adult milestone birthdays hitting multiple stops across Baltimore, a 25-passenger party bus on a weekend evening runs roughly $275–$375 per hour, so splitting that across 20 or 25 guests makes it surprisingly manageable. Call 240-850-4236 or fill out the form to see what's available for your date.

Towson Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues Towson groups care about are 20–35 minutes south on I-83 — and every one of them has a post-show parking situation that punishes late planners. CFG Bank Arena (201 W Baltimore St, Baltimore, MD 21201) sits in the heart of downtown with almost no dedicated surface parking; the closest garages fill before doors open on major show nights, and rideshare pickup queues on Eutaw Street and Howard Street get chaotic after the final encore. Pier Six Pavilion (731 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21202) on the Inner Harbor waterfront has limited on-site parking, and the lots on Eastern Avenue and President Street charge premium event rates.
Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia is about 25 miles from Towson — a great venue, a miserable post-show exit on MD-29 when 20,000 people try to leave at once. A Towson concert bus rental drops your group at the venue and handles the return when it suits you, not the traffic. Call 240-850-4236 to compare vehicles for your show date.

Towson Corporate Event Transportation
Towson is home to a dense cluster of corporate offices, law firms, and financial services companies along York Road and the Towson Town Center corridor — and getting a team of 20 or 40 people to the same downtown Baltimore destination at the same time without a parking situation is genuinely easier with a single bus. The Baltimore Convention Center (1 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201) is about 12 miles from central Towson, and parking near the Convention Center on a multi-day conference week runs $25–$40 per vehicle per day at the closest garages. A charter bus carrying 40 colleagues down I-83 and onto MLK Jr. Boulevard eliminates that math entirely.
For smaller executive groups heading to meetings in the Inner Harbor or Fells Point, a Sprinter van gets the job done cleanly — plush seating, climate control, no one stress-driving through downtown one-way streets. A Baltimore corporate event charter bus keeps the whole team on schedule. Call 240-850-4236 to build a shuttle plan.

Towson Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, milestone anniversaries, weekend festival trips — the kind of private events where you need everyone in the same place at the same time without spending the day as a logistics coordinator. Towson groups heading to events at Oriole Park at Camden Yards on Opening Day, the Maryland State Fair in Timonium each August, or the Grand Prix of Baltimore corridor along Pratt and Light streets know that parking downtown or in the fairgrounds lots is either expensive, exhausting, or both. A Baltimore private charter bus or party bus rental handles the routing, keeps the group together, and means the only decision you make on the day is where to sit.
Maryland State Fair parking on Greenspring Avenue fills quickly on weekend afternoons and costs more per vehicle the closer you get to the midway. A 56-passenger charter bus serving a family reunion group of 50 splits that cost to essentially nothing per person. Call 240-850-4236 to build a custom quote for your event.

Towson Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Towson is home to several large high schools — Towson High School, Loch Raven High School, Dulaney High School — and their prom seasons converge within a tight window in late April and May. That is Baltimore County's single most competitive stretch for party bus availability all year. For prom: book by January or expect to find premium pricing and limited vehicle options by March.
Waiting is genuinely costly — a bus that runs $275/hour in January can be $400+/hour or fully unavailable by April when every school in the county is competing for the same vehicles on the same weekends. Partybusinbaltimore.com makes it easy to compare vehicles and lock in your date early. Baltimore prom party bus rentals and homecoming shuttles are available in a range of sizes — from a 15-passenger bus for a tight friend group to a 40-passenger party bus for a full court. Call 240-850-4236 as soon as your date is confirmed.

Towson School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip coordinators in Towson and Baltimore County have a wide range of destinations within reach — and a charter bus makes the logistics far simpler than managing a carpool across multiple families. The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore (1 Safari Pl, Baltimore, MD 21217) is about 12 miles from Towson via I-83 South and is one of the most popular K–12 field trip destinations in the region; bus drop-off is on Druid Park Lake Drive near the main entrance, with oversized vehicle parking coordinated through the zoo's group visit team. The Maryland Science Center (601 Light St, Baltimore, MD 21230) on the Inner Harbor has a designated bus drop-off zone on Light Street, with group entry through the main lobby.
For longer day trips, a full-size charter bus with onboard restrooms keeps the schedule tight and eliminates roadside pit stops. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request a quote. A Baltimore school event bus rental makes the planning side easy.
Call 240-850-4236 to get started.

Towson Sporting Event Transportation
Towson is one of the most logical staging points in the entire metro for Ravens and Orioles game-day transportation — M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards are both about 12 miles south via I-83, and both have parking situations that reward groups who skip the whole exercise. M&T Bank Stadium's closest surface lots hit $50–$60 on big Ravens game days, and rideshare pickup after the game means a walk to designated zones on Russell Street or Washington Boulevard and a wait time that can stretch 45–60 minutes. A charter bus or party bus drops your Towson group at the M&T Bank Stadium gates directly and is ready when you are after the final whistle — no hunting for your car in Lot H, no waiting in the Russell Street rideshare line in November.
For Orioles games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, buses use the commercial vehicle approach on Conway Street, with game-day bus parking coordinated through stadium operations. A Baltimore sporting event charter bus is the move. Call 240-850-4236 to book your game-day ride.

Towson Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues in and around Towson range from the grand ballrooms at the Sheraton Baltimore North to outdoor settings in the Hunt Valley and Timonium corridors — and getting 80 guests from a Towson hotel block to a ceremony site and back without anyone getting lost or parking in the wrong lot is exactly the kind of problem a shuttle bus solves quietly. A Baltimore wedding shuttle bus rental runs the hotel-to-venue and venue-to-hotel loops on a schedule you set, so guests who aren't driving don't have to figure out Uber surge pricing at 11 p.m. in an unfamiliar suburb. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo for the wedding party — running $225–$350/hour on a Saturday — handles the formal transportation from getting-ready location to ceremony without the bridal party navigating their own logistics on a high-stakes morning. Partybusinbaltimore.com helps you build the full plan: bridal party vehicle, guest shuttles, and late-night returns.
Call 240-850-4236 to sort out your wedding transportation from one place.

Towson Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Maryland wine country is closer to Towson than most residents realize. Boordy Vineyards (12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082) is about 15 miles northeast of Towson in Baltimore County — one of Maryland's oldest and most-visited wineries, with a tasting room, event barn, and grounds that host outdoor concerts from spring through fall. Basignani Winery (15722 Falls Rd, Sparks, MD 21152) is another Baltimore County option, about 20 miles north, with a more intimate setting and a solid lineup of Maryland-grown varietals.
Neither venue has easy rideshare access from Towson, and the rural roads between them make a multi-stop tasting afternoon impractical without a dedicated vehicle. A Baltimore winery tour bus rental in the 15–25 passenger range handles both stops without anyone watching the clock or the road. For pub crawls along York Road or into Baltimore's Remington and Station North neighborhoods, the same logic applies — the group stays together, the itinerary stays flexible, and the night doesn't end because the rideshare app shows a 25-minute wait.
Call 240-850-4236 to plan your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Towson Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusinbaltimore.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusinbaltimore.com?
Partybusinbaltimore.com is a quote-comparison and referral website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation provider. It is a free tool that makes it easy to compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vehicles from independently owned companies serving Towson and the Baltimore metro. You fill out one form or make one call, and you see options, pricing, and vehicle types side by side.
No account required.
How does Partybusinbaltimore.com work?

You will see available vehicle options and price ranges from companies serving your area, so you can compare and find what fits your group. There is no obligation, no account to create, and the whole process takes about a minute.
How much does a party bus cost in Towson?
Party bus rental prices in Towson generally range from $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$425 per hour on weekends for most vehicle sizes. Smaller buses and minibuses start on the lower end; larger 40–50 passenger party buses on a Saturday night can run $325–$500 per hour. Per-day packages are available too.
These are planning ranges — the real price for your specific date, vehicle, and itinerary comes from the quote form or a call to 240-850-4236. Pricing is fast and free to check.
What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Towson group?
A party bus prioritizes the social experience on the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and a more open interior. It is the right pick for bachelorette nights, pub crawls, birthday celebrations, and prom. A charter bus prioritizes capacity and comfort for point-to-point travel — reclining forward-facing seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms on select vehicles, and undercarriage luggage bays.
It is the better fit for corporate shuttles, school field trips, convention groups, and airport transfers. Both are available through Partybusinbaltimore.com. Call 240-850-4236 and the team can walk you through which format makes more sense for your specific trip.
How many people fit on a party bus vs. a minibus?
Party buses in the network range from 15 to 50 passengers. Minibuses cover 15–35 passengers. If your group is on the smaller end — 12 to 20 people — a minibus is often the more comfortable and cost-effective choice, since it offers forward-facing reclining seats and climate control without paying for a larger vehicle you won't fill.
For groups of 20–40 who want the social atmosphere of open seating and onboard entertainment, a party bus makes more sense. The quote form shows you available sizes for your group count automatically.
Can a charter bus get to Oriole Park at Camden Yards or M&T Bank Stadium from Towson?
Yes — and it is one of the most practical uses of a charter bus from Towson. Both stadiums are about 12 miles south via I-83, and both have game-day parking that costs $40–$60 or more for surface lots closest to the gates. Charter buses use the commercial approach on Conway Street for Camden Yards and the designated bus routes near Russell Street for M&T Bank Stadium.
Your group gets dropped near the gates and picked up when you are ready to leave — no circling the lot, no rideshare queue on Russell Street after a night game. Check the M&T Bank Stadium transportation guide and the Camden Yards bus rental guide for more detail before your game day.
What venues and arenas in Baltimore does Partybusinbaltimore.com serve?
The network covers every major venue in the Baltimore metro — CFG Bank Arena, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, Pier Six Pavilion, Merriweather Post Pavilion, the Hippodrome Theatre, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, and the Baltimore Convention Center, among others. Buses are also available for transfers between Towson and BWI, and for multi-venue itineraries across the city. If there's a specific venue on your itinerary, call 240-850-4236 and the team can confirm the logistics for that location.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Towson?
For most events, booking 4–8 weeks out is a reasonable window — but for high-demand dates, that timeline compresses fast. Prom season (late April through May) is the single most competitive stretch in Baltimore County; booking in January versus March can be the difference between a $275/hour bus and a $400+/hour bus, or no availability at all. Ravens home games — especially December and playoff matchups — see bus demand spike the week after the schedule releases.
Art Basel and New Year's Eve in Baltimore fill quickly as well. The safest advice: as soon as your date is confirmed, check availability. Call 240-850-4236 right now to lock in your date before someone else does.
Popular Towson Party Bus Destinations
Towson groups travel to venues all across the Baltimore metro — from downtown stadiums and waterfront concert stages to suburban wineries and university campuses. The destinations below are the ones that come up most often, with the specific logistics that make a bus the smarter call for each one. Call 240-850-4236 or fill out the form to get pricing for any of these trips.

Towson University
Towson University (8000 York Rd, Towson, MD 21252) is one of the largest universities in Maryland, with an enrollment of roughly 19,000 students and a growing athletics program. The campus sits directly on York Road in central Towson, making it one of the most walkable destinations for groups already based in the area. SECU Arena — the on-campus arena at 8000 York Rd — holds approximately 5,200 for Towson Tigers basketball games, and parking on York Road is metered and aggressively enforced during home games and evening events.
For Greek life events, homecoming shuttles, and alumni weekend groups coming in from across the metro, a minibus or charter bus staged near the Union Building keeps everyone on the same arrival schedule. Check the Towson University parking page for current event-day lot assignments before your visit. Address: 8000 York Rd, Towson, MD 21252.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Oriole Park at Camden Yards (333 W Camden St, Baltimore, MD 21201) opened in 1992 and is consistently ranked among the best ballparks in Major League Baseball — a genuine gem 12 miles south of Towson on I-83. The closest surface lots on Washington Boulevard and Russell Street run $25–$40 on regular-season nights and significantly more for Opening Day or postseason games, when they sell out days in advance. The walk from the cheapest remote lots to the Eutaw Street entrance runs 15–20 minutes.
A charter bus from Towson drops your group on Conway Street near the Eutaw Street Gate, and a waiting pickup after the game means the only post-game decision is whether to stop somewhere on the way back north. Read the detailed guide to renting a bus to Camden Yards before your game day. Phone: (410) 685-9800.

CFG Bank Arena
CFG Bank Arena (201 W Baltimore St, Baltimore, MD 21201) is Baltimore's primary indoor entertainment venue — a 14,000-seat arena that hosts everything from sold-out concerts and UFC events to Cirque du Soleil and Disney on Ice. It sits at the corner of Baltimore Street and Hopkins Place in the heart of downtown, which means there is essentially no surface parking within a three-block radius. The closest garages — on Eutaw Street and on West Fayette Street — charge $20–$35 on event nights and fill before doors open for major shows.
Rideshare pickup after a 10 p.m. show on Baltimore Street and Hopkins Place is genuinely chaotic, with queues that back up onto Howard Street. A Towson party bus or minibus drops your group at the arena entrance and times the return pickup to your group's pace, not the surge algorithm's. See the full CFG Bank Arena bus rental guide for logistics detail.
Phone: (410) 347-2020.

Boordy Vineyards
Boordy Vineyards (12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082) is Maryland's oldest continuously operated winery, founded in 1945, and sits about 15 miles northeast of Towson in rural Baltimore County. The property includes a tasting room, a barrel cellar available for private events, and outdoor event space that hosts concerts and harvest festivals from spring through October. Long Green Pike has no shoulder and almost no roadside parking — the winery's gravel lot handles day visitors, but it fills during weekend events and summer concert series dates.
There is no rideshare infrastructure in this part of Baltimore County; getting five cars of friends out to a 2 p.m. tasting and then safely back to Towson by 7 p.m. is far more complicated than it sounds. A 15-passenger party bus or minibus from Towson makes the whole loop simple. Call 240-850-4236 to price a Boordy run.
Phone: (410) 592-5015.

Pier Six Pavilion
Pier Six Pavilion (731 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21202) is an open-air waterfront amphitheater on the Inner Harbor with a capacity of around 4,300 — one of the best mid-size concert venues on the East Coast, and one of the more logistically awkward ones to reach by car on a summer Saturday night. The parking lots on President Street and Eastern Avenue charge $20–$30 on event nights, and the streets around the Inner Harbor corridor see heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic until well after the final set. Rideshare pickup is routed to designated zones near the harbor that can require a 10-minute walk after a show.
A Towson concert bus rental drops your group on Eastern Avenue at the venue entrance and picks everyone up when the encore is over. The Pier Six Pavilion bus rental guide has the current drop-off details. Phone: (410) 783-4189.

Power Plant Live
Power Plant Live (34 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202) is Baltimore's most concentrated nightlife complex — a cluster of bars, clubs, and restaurants in the Inner Harbor entertainment district that stays active until 2 a.m. on weekends. On a Friday or Saturday night, the blocks around Market Place and Water Street see some of the densest foot traffic in the city, and rideshare pickups after midnight in this area routinely show 20–35 minute waits with surge multipliers. Street parking within two blocks is metered until midnight and very limited.
The Inner Harbor garages on Pratt Street run $15–$25 for evening stays, but walking back to a garage at 1:30 a.m. after a night out is a different experience than it sounds on the way in. A party bus from Towson to Power Plant Live handles the arrival and the 1 a.m. return without anyone watching their phone for a ride. Call 240-850-4236 to compare vehicles for your group's night out.
Address: 34 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202.
